How do I find my product?
There are three ways to find the item you are looking for. 1) Browse through the stores categories. 2) Use the search tool to find the item through keywords. 3) Browse by brand.

How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Checkout" in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

Order Status

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout. Please note: A valid email address is required for order confirmation email and tracking number to be received. Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail spam filters may block our confirmation emails if set too high.

When will my backorder arrive?
Your item will be received within the time frame recommended on the product page of the item when it was purchased. If the item is later than expected, please contact us via the "contact us" page.

Delivery Times

Australian Delivery Times - Australian Express Post

In Stock Now Items - Immediate Delivery:  Guaranteed Dispatched within 1-2 working days, via Australia Express Post. 
(Please note: Delivery is normally approx 1-3 days depending on where you live, however as we use Australia Post as our postal service, we can not guarantee their delivery times)

Special Order Items - Usually 2-4 Weeks Delivery:  Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Items for order must be placed with our suppliers and will be approximately 2-4 weeks delivery. These are estimated times only, if there are delays with our suppliers we will notify you of the changes.

Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our web site. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed.

For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.

International  Delivery Times - Standard Airmail Post

How do I create an account?
In the side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

Do you ship to my country?
To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.

Postage Costs

Australia - Within Australia, Pink Parrot Marketing uses Express Post for our shipping - it is a cost effective, convenient and prompt method of delivery within Australia. All parcels can be tracked through Australia Post http://auspost.com.au/track/ tracking system.

Express Post $7.95-$12.95 up (approx 1-3 days delivery)

Pink Parrot Marketing will not accept responsibility for losses in the Australia Post system, if your shipment is not received within 7 days of our Shipment Advice email, please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request - insurance costs are charged at cost to you.

International Delivery - Standard Airmail Post:

Deliveries to overseas destinations can only be made to billing addresses.

- Standard Airmail Post New Zealand $9.95-$24.95
- Standard Airmail Post USA/UK/Others $14.95-$29.95

International Express Courier - Quotes may be requested for urgent delivery outside Australia, charged at the schedule rate detailed on the order page for postage and handling depending on destination

International Customs and Duties: All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes or imposts are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pink Parrot Marketing will not pre-pay these charges. Pink Parrot Marketing will not accept responsibility for losses in the Australia Post or foreign postal systems, if your shipment is not received within 10 days of our Shipment Advice email, please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method.

Credit Card Payments: Pink Parrot Marketing has a fully secure online purchasing facility. It is as simple as selecting which payment options you choose and clicking on the appropriate option. To send sensitive payment details across the Internet we use a secure server which protects credit card details. 

- Please note that all customer details are treated with the upmost discretion and our mail order list will not be provided to anyone else.
- Your credit card is only processed in our office where details are secure.

Exchange Policy

What is your exchange, refund policy?

Exchanges: We will happily exchange your garments providing that:
 
- Notification of exchanges must be made and returned within 5 days (no claims are accepted after this time)              
- Labels are still attached to item and it is returned in original undamaged packaging
- Garments have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way. Please fold garment neatly and flat
- The item has not been changed or altered at all
- You must include your Exchange/Order number with the goods returned
  
Delivery costs are not included in exchanges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser
 
Lotions & Adult Toys, Pantyhose & Stockings cannot be exchanged
 
To Process Your Exchange and Receive Your Exchange/Order Number:
Phone us first to notify us of the exchange - then place an order on our website for the new items you wish to exchange for and select "Exchanges" as the payment method. This will reserve the item for you and give you your Exchange/Order number. Please include the Exchange/Order number with the returning goods as your reference. You will be notified later of any payments or adjustments to be charged
